2025 Wacker Neuson Single-direction vibratory plates VP VP1550A

The VP series of vibratory plates offer a compact design and are ideal for base preparation, asphalt compaction, interlocking paving stones and for compaction of mixed soils in confined spaces. Typical applications are landscape, road, sidewalk and parking lot construction. With the specially shaped base plate the machines can easily be maneuvered and guided around obstructions and along curbs, gutters and buildings. Using the wheel set (accessory), the plates can be easily moved around the job site by one person.

Features may include:

• The V-belt is protected from damage by a sturdy housing and can be easily tensioned. This reduces wear, saves spare parts costs and attains a long service life.

• Machines starting at 13 kN are equipped with a cylindrical roller bearing. This is more sturdy and attains a longer service life than a ball bearing.

• The low hand-arm vibration values (< 5 m/s²) enable comfortable work.

• The machine contributes only a small amount to the operator’s daily vibration exposure. He may work a full eight hour with the unit

• The utilization of the machine and the productivity of the employees are increased.

• The control handle has a curved shape and can be swiveled forwards This makes it usable as a handle for lateral guidance, offering high stability. This is ideal for asphalt compaction, e.g. along curbs.

• The control handle narrows towards the top. This improves the guidability of the machine along walls, as the handle does not brush along the wall.
